Roles We Are Recruiting

1. Village Coordinators

• Act as the first point of contact for villagers.

• Help in grievance registration, awareness programs, and local issue resolution.

• Work closely with Mandal Managers to report progress.

2. Mandal Managers

• Supervise Village Coordinators across the mandal.

• Coordinate with government offices and ensure smooth execution of programs.

• Organize awareness camps, training sessions, and grievance redressal meetings.

3. District Managers

• Lead and guide Mandal Managers.

• Ensure uniform implementation of activities across the district.

• Build partnerships with NGOs, officials, and social service organizations.

• Represent Jana Mithra Gramina Spandana at the district level.
